2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Direct bookings will have their own cancellation policy, which will be shared at the time of reservation.

3. House Rules

• No pets are allowed inside the property, pool, or hot tub.
• No parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior written approval.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
• Visitors must be approved in advance and may not exceed the property’s capacity.

4. Property Use & Safety

• Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their group during their stay.
• The pool and lake are use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please do not park on the grass to avoid damage to sprinklers and landscaping.
• Any damage caused by guests or their visitors will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Pura Vida Lake House is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
• By booking, you acknowledge that use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, kayaks, and lake activities involve risks, and you accept full responsibility.

• We will never sell or share your personal details with third parties.
